We provide a unique style of care in this age of high-tech, low-touch therapy. We believe in individual patient outcomes, so our services are highly personalized. We are not a “shake and bake,” nor a “one size fits all” practice. Our one-on-one therapy sessions are specifically designed to meet the needs and goals of each patient and their physician. CCPT also has expanded their services to accommodate referrals for personal training and exercise to assist with weight management.
