Susan L. Bass, P.T.

Susan Bass, P.T. co-owner of CCPT since 1995 specializes in orthopedic physical therapy. Susan’s primary expertise is in post-surgical and orthopedic rehabilitation. Her background as a certified coach in tennis and swimming as well as a mat Certified Pilates Mat Instructor, enables her to incorporate a complete therapeutic program focused on the patient’s individual needs. Susan’s additional focus is on senior care, wherein she incorporates the appropriate balance of stretching, strengthening and balance activities as well as motivation to enhance the patient’s optimal function. Susan is devoted to providing the highest level of care by consistently expanding her knowledge through continuing education coursework. Susan is an active participant in the APTA and regularly provides guidance and assistance with numerous privately owned practices. Besides her work, Susan is an avid skier and participates in multiple sporting activities.


Stacy Barrows, P.T., G.C.F.P., CPI-PMA-CPT
Stacy Barrows, co-owner of CCPT, is a registered Physical Therapist, Guild Certified Feldenkrais® Practitioner, Strength and Conditioning Instructor, and PMA Certified Pilates Teacher. In over twenty five years of clinical PT experience, Stacy has honed her manual therapy skills and worked with physicians world-renowned for their shoulder expertise. She is one of the first instructors to teach how to use the foam rollers, and she has lectured extensively to health and fitness professionals on other topics such as the Feldenkrais Method®, treatment of the shoulder and Arthritis. Stacy co-authored a study on Feldenkrais and pain management.pdf  and has written numerous "Ask the Therapist" newsletters as well as articles published in Golf for Women, and swimmer.pdf Stacy patented a fitness product called the Smartroller®, along with other kinesthetic props and teaches courses internationally on applications to these unique tools. She authored a book on the many applications of these sensory learning tools titled: SMARTROLLER® GUIDE TO OPTIMAL MOVEMENT.

Juliana Gildesgame, DPT:


Juliana is a graduate of the Mt. St. Mary’s Doctor of Physical Therapy program in Los Angeles. She received a BA from Oberlin College where

she studied History and Dance. Juliana’s interest in physical therapy followed her certification as a yoga instructor in 2003 and desire to expand her knowledge of movement, and learn various techniques to allow a restoration of optimal function. Juliana incorporates yoga principles into her physical therapy treatments which helps guide patients of all ages to meet their goals and incorporate conscious and joyful movement practices into their everyday lives. When Juliana is not at CCPT, she can be found reading about the human body, practicing yoga, pilates, hiking and reading fiction.
